Resources

In January 2021 East Sussex Public Health and Culture Shift commissioned Raise Your Voice to run a pilot project in two local care homes. The context for this was the impact of Covid on the care home communities, depriving them of sharing creative activities and the joy of music.

We devised a package of music and singing through Zoom sessions and later, visits, and created a resource library of training videos for staff to enable and inspire them to bring music into the everyday life of their care home.

This was the starting point for us to develop our work further, and we are now offering professional training for care staff to deliver in their own setting.
